Jasper is a 20 month old, male, medium sized, short haired, black and tan, German Shepherd. Currently in the Staffordshire area. This lovely boy is microchipped and vaccinated, however he is still entire so will need neutering within 1 month of adoption in accordance to Cefni German Shepherd Dog Rescue’s strict neutering policies. Jasper has been living outdoors so will need to be house trained, he does however have some basic training commands. He is only young so will learn quickly with the right owners to put in the time to train him.
Jasper does live with another dog however he does not like other dogs outside his family/pack therefore he ideally will go to another dog free home or a home where there is slow introductions to existing dogs. He has lived with 3 cats but will bark at them and pace when they are nearby, so we would suggest a cat free home or one where the cats can escape easily. This fantastic boy has lived with children from 9 years+ and he is good with people although he does jump up so this will have to be worked on. He will make a fantastic loyal addition to the right family.
