Dufus is a six month old German Shepherd cross. Dufus is just a baby, but clearly a baby that has seen too much in life to terrify him. He cowered in a corner for a few days, letting me stroke him while he trembled from head to toe and wet himself in fear. He allowed me to pick him up after a few days and bath him to get the wee off him. Nothing much is sadder than a dog that is too terrified to raise itself from its own mess.
